I Can't Help Myself

Today I took 51 pictures of Mira feeding herself jello. FIFTY-ONE. Shameless, I know. I got caught up in the moment. The glint in her eye when she realized I was going to let her feed it to herself and the giggling that ensued (from both of us) was worth the stains on the sweatshirt and pants.Yesterday Mira realized something. She can scream. Loudly. She's been practicing ever since -- not in an angry way, just in a "Hey! Look what I can do." way. So far, it's charming. How long will that last? This week she's also learned the letter P. Unfortunately, we still haven't heard any D's, so "Daddy" remains "Baba"
