Wacky Wednesday

No, Mira did not dress herself this morning. This level of fashion actually took careful planning. In celebration of Dr. Seuss, today is "Wacky Wednesday" at daycare, so we dressed Mira to fit the bill. I'm not sure where her new-found modeling skills emerged from, but this morning when I told her to "say cheese", she whipped out the head tilt and canned smile. She's so much fun.

While Grandma B was here last week, Mira played around with the Fisher Price website during the day. There's an animal zoo game on the site which, apparently, will be putting primary teachers out of work soon. Mira can now identify M, O, and A. She can hit them on the keyboard as requested and frequently identifies them in other random places. In addition, we're starting to hear more decipherable language. Apparently this one has decided to skip single words and jump right into phrases like, "here you go", "time to eat", etc.
